I have seen this video, and it has pissed me off. I mean, we all know the bullying is a MAJOR problem currently happening in society. It does not matter if it’s in school, in the workplace, or in any home. There are people who get consistently bullied on a daily basis. In my history, I have been bullied by a lot of people. When I was a young kid, I was bullied by kids who did things like accusing me of doing something wrong, or calling me names. Which often meant I was punished while those bullying me never got in trouble.
In my early teenage years, I had kids bullying me by hitting me, pushing food into me during lunch, trying to breakdown the bathroom door while I was inside, and even the siblings were punching and kicking me. I got tied up into chairs, and I was punished by having an alarm installed on my bedroom door, sitting at the dining room table with a camera watching me, and always forced to stay in my bedroom. In my older teenage years, I had others pretend to be the police and pull me over, some pushed me into the water, and the name calling was horrible.
And even today, I have had some bully me on social media, some with power like government officials bully me for pointing out things that needs to be improved, and I have those who just don’t care and wish I would disappear forever. Yep, my life has been a hoot! Keep in mind, I have Asperger’s Syndrome (Autism), I have suffered with depression, I am a little overweight, and I am different from many other people. So, when I watched this video from a kid in Knoxville, Tennessee who was breaking down because he was bullied. It made me angry and sad. Angry because others are taking advantage of this kid, and it should never be like that! And it also made me sad, because no child should suffer from others who are mean to them.
The kid who is being bullied is Keaton Jones. Keaton’s mother recorded what he had to say about being bullied, and posted it on social media.
This is Keaton Jones, he lives in Knoxville and he has a little something to say about bullying.https://t.co/coyQxFp33V

Okay, yeah I saw the pictures that some in Keaton’s family like the Confederate flag, so what? No one should never be bullied because someone else has a different belief. I know some of you out there are going to say things like “Keaton should defend himself.” Guess what, it never works. I have tried that multiple times, and it only made the bullying worse. Teachers, administrators, and even parents have got to start dealing with the bullies themselves. No more free passes, time to start punishing those who bully others!
The good news about all of this is many high named people have seen this video, and have reached out to Keaton. It makes me feel good that there are many people out there who condones those who bully others! Thank you to people like Kirk Herbstreit, Dale Earnhardt Jr., LeBron James, and many more who are telling Keaton that he is bigger than the bullies who are hurting his feelings. Keaton has got a great future ahead of him! Never let the bullies win!
This is heartbreaking. But the response of support for him is a beautiful thing. Add me to your long list of friends Keaton. https://t.co/NKasvdo00u
