This will be a feel good store ad Good News Fridays! The retailer Target included a disabled girl with braces and arm crutches in their 2015 Halloween circular. The girl is dressed as Elsa from “Frozen.” And when many saw this ad, people began to thank Target!
Target has done some amazing things to make sure people who are different are welcomed in their stores. They have also done an advertisement featuring a child with Down Syndrome. They revamped their plus-sized clothing line. And they are no longer labeling children’s items, including toys and bedding, by gender.
As someone who is disabled, thank you Target! More stores and retailers should be doing what you are doing!
