The Evening Post: Why Is Five Nights At Freddy’s So Popular

Geek Alabama Evening Post

Tonight I am presenting the latest video from the PBS Game/Show YouTube channel.  Five Nights at Freddy’s has acquired massive popularity as one of the leading survival horror games of this year. From some of the best jump scares livestreaming from Let’s Play videos, the world has fallen in love with this minimalist point-and-click. As character “Mike Schmidt”, and newly appointed security guard of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, your only objective in the game is to survive until morning from the animatronic animal characters(Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy) that are out to get you. But with such a simple game design, and short playtime, why is it so incredibly popular? Join Jamin on this week’s episode of Game/Show as he explores the creepy, jump-scare filled word of Five Nights at Freddy’s..is it horror done right? Or is there something else..lurking in the shadows?

And here are the comment responses to the Is Animal Crossing Evil video.
