Jimmy Fallon is back on The Tonight Show, and is sporting a cast on one of his hands. He talks about what happened after he tripped over a braided rug and it caused one of his fingers to slip out of his socket, or ring avulsion. He spent 10 days in ICU and was in surgery for six hours where a surgeon took a vein out of his foot and implanted it into the injured finger.
Thankfully Fallon should regain feelings in his hand in about eight weeks, and whatever you do don’t Google ring avulsion and search images, some graphic stuff!
