On this Animation Monday, on a Tuesday, I am previewing the new Hasbro Studios show called Transformers: Robots In Disguise that will premiere on Saturday, March 14 at 5 pm Central on Cartoon Network with a one hour premiere. The series features an all new animation style, and continues the iconic Transformers franchise filled with great humor and lots of adventure. Here is a preview below!
The series was to be shown on Hub Network, but since that channel is no more, the series moved on over to Cartoon Network. The new series begins as Bumblebee must step up to be a leader in the years after the Autobots were left in Transformers Prime. Summoned by Optimus Prime to save Earth from a new Decepticon threat, Bumblebee puts his mettle to the test after assembling a rogue team of young Autobot action heroes. Bumblebee must balance his job fighting off evil with being equal parts squad leader and coach to a rascally band that needs constant coaxing to learn how to work together.
After the Saturday night premiere, new episodes will air every Saturday morning at 5:30 am Central. Yeah, that is way too early in my opinion! Here is one more sneak peek video, can’t wait for the premiere!
