Today on Sunday Discussion, I am featuring two documentary videos that I enjoyed, and you should too! The first video from the Vimeo channel Adam Carboni features a little drive-in going through a lot of change! In Enjoy Your Intermission, you see projectionist Roger Babcock, who has operated the Hi-Way Drive-in’s projectors for more than 40 years. However, the little drive-in has an ultimatum, upgrade the four projectors to digital systems, or close down.
The second video from the Vimeo channel The New York Times – Video features a teenage girl who struggles with type one diabetes. In the video called Midnight Three & Six, the title means something! One of the parents gets up every night at midnight, three, and six to check the glucose level of the girl. The film is by Joe Callander, and it illustrates the struggles of maintaining diabetes in their daughter, and the overall commitment to make sure the diabetes are kept in check. Enjoy both videos!
