Hey Comcast, who has service in Gadsden, this is not the way to have great customer service! Ryan Block called Comcast to cancel his service because he found a better service. So when he tried to cancel his Comcast service, the person on the other end of the phone began to bully and even threaten Ryan which is so wrong! The conversation begins with “Why is it that you don’t want the faster speed? Help me understand why you don’t want faster internet.” And it only gets worse from there!
At the end, the Comcast service was cancelled, and Comcast has apologized for this phone call and the person’s bad behavior.
