Nathan is an accomplished media person who regularly covers topics on Geek Alabama and gets numerous requests to cover things from businesses, products, TV shows, movies, books, games, food, events, conventions, concerts, and other reviews. He is open to speaking, covering products or events, and representing your brand. The most interesting fact about me, I draw roads! #Aspie proud! #ASD
Ask yourself this question? What if you have to applied to over 500 jobs ranging from fast-food to management, and you always get the rejection e-mail or phone call.
What if you have gone to 14 job fairs, and stood in hours long lines only to be rejected once again?
What if you have taken great photos and videos, and potential employers or job prospects pass you up for someone who is unreliable and gets fired later?
What if you volunteer your time, hoping it might land you a job. And then you get shown the door for someone new who is getting paid?
What if you even met successful and well-known people, and they turn you down for someone they just met?
Yes, this describes my situation right now. I have gone through a lot of avenues to find the next job in the book of Nathan Young’s Life. Most people who keeps on getting rejected over and over again will eventually just give up and live off of the government’s dime. I will admit, I am on Food Stamps. Mostly because I have used up all of my saved income and I am relying on family and friends for support. Even though I keep on getting rejected, I do not give up! I always keep thinking of this great thought, stay positive and dream big! People that knows me and what I do sees me as a great person and they keep on saying something good is going to happen to me. So that is why I am launching the #HireNathan campaign. Because I want something great to happen for me!
To stand out from the rest of the job searching crowd. I have made a couple of great presentations! First off, is the new Nathan Young Video Resume! It’s around 8:30 long, but full of great information and some laughter!
Next off, is the Nathan Young Visual Resume, which is approaching 6,500 views on SlideShare!
Next is the Nathan Young Visual Resume Infographic, that is growing pretty quickly!
And then there is the Nathan Young Visual Resume Board Game Infographic, that has over 1,000 views!
