On season 2 of Redneck Island on CMT. Five people from Alabama appeared on the show and they did very well! Wade Jones from Alexander City won the season and Justin Campbell from Ragland came very close to winning!
So for season 3, five more people from Alabama are going to give it their all! These folks had to go through an intense audition and they made it to compete in Mexico.
Cody Hodge – Brooksville Alabama
Cody, aka “Dink,” is as crazy as they come. He will do anything that pops in his head and has broken many bones bull riding. He says, “Doctors are for pussies” and doesn’t feel like he needs them to heal. He is a thrill seeker and loves bull riding, hunting, fishing and chasing girls. When he gets drunk off vodka, he almost always ends up somewhere naked. If Cody wins the $100,000, he plans on getting the biggest double-wide money can buy. Brittany Martin – Argo Alabama
Brittany says, she’s just one of the boys with a vagina. She is always the life of the party and other girls hate her for that, but she just thinks they’re jealous. She is always up for some spot lighting, cow tipping, drinking, fishing, dirt racing, shooting and of course hunting. She is proud of her Alabama ways and embraces being a redneck. Brittany plans on winning on the island by making alliances and playing rough. If she wins $100,000, she plans on buying a truck, paying off debt for her family and having a huge redneck party to celebrate. Shane Tucker – Jasper Alabama
Shane loves frog gigging (stabbing frogs in the water), hunting, fishing, coon hunting, mudding, drinking beer and shooting guns. This redneck has moves and considers himself an exceptional dancer. He is a beer pong champion and loves playing the game with tons of beer. Although he’s 42, people say he looks 28 and acts 18. If Shane wins $100,000, he plans on buying his family their own double-wide trailer because they’re currently renting a double-wide. Candice Orso – Creola Alabama
Candice, a.k.a. “Candy,” is a Southern girl who isn’t afraid to get dirty on the racetrack or put on her camo gear to go hunting. She is a sassy Hooter’s girl who says, “I’m really nice until you give me a reason not to be.” Candy is used to being treated like a princess and won’t be bullied around by any redneck on the island. She is hellbent on finding the man of her dreams. She plans on seducing all of the men, building alliances with them and taking down all the challenges in order to win. Daniel Floyd – Theodore Alabama
Daniel wouldn’t trade in his redneck-camo wearing-backwoods-mudding ways for anything else. When his ex-fiance decided to end their relationship, Daniel became a womanizer who is just looking for a good time and not another relationship. He is a party boy who likes to have fun at the expense of others and doesn’t care if they don’t like it. He thinks people take themselves too seriously, and he doesn’t want to be one of those people. If Daniel wins $100,000, he plans on buying a truck and boat with his winnings.
