This is week 58 in my series of Shape Up! The weekly post on what I did over the last week in my quest to getting healthier.
This edition of Shape Up! is going to be about dancing! The dancing craze has gone crazy in the past few weeks with the viral video titled the Harlem Shake. Basically this video involves getting a lot of people to dance for around 30 seconds. Any type of dancing can also be good for your health! Just doing general aerobic dancing can burn around 450 calories in an hour! I guess more people needs to get out to do the Harlem Shake!
Many people have seen the Harlem Shake. But did you know that these people have done it wrong! The original Harlem Shake dance was developed back in the 1980’s. And seeing these newer Harlem Shake videos are making some people in New York City not happy! Here is how you do the actual Harlem Shake.

As for what I did last week; just the basic walking and eating one meal a day. If someone would hire me I could do much more! Here’s what I ate in the last week.
Saturday: Hotpockets, Sweet Tea.
Sunday: Pork Chops and Brown Rice, Sweet Tea.
Monday: Burger and Fries, Sweet Tea.
Tuesday: Pizza, Sweet Tea.
Wednesday: Pork Chops and Brown Rice, Sweet Tea.
Thursday: Burgers and Fries, Sweet Tea.
Friday: Hotpockets, Sweet Tea.
