Geek Alabama’s Top 2014 Super Bowl Ads

Advertisements

This year, I thought many of the Super Bowl ads were lackluster!  Is it the economy, or did the makers of the commercials thought this game was going to be a blowout?  I still can not believe the Seattle Seahawks dominated the Denver Broncos like that, too bad, some of the best ads of the night came way too late after the game was out of hand.  This year, there were few good ads and many bad ads, I was disappointed.  But, I did enjoy some ads and I am going to share my top 2014 Super Bowl ads.

Budweiser: Puppy Love

As an animal lover, I thought this ad was one of the best Super Bowl ads in years!  Great job Budweiser!

Budweiser: A Hero’s Welcome

This ad also by Budweiser was one I enjoyed as well.  We should all thank our men and women who serve our country!

Radio Shack: 80’s Phone Call

As someone who was born in the 1980’s, this ad worked!  Glad Radio Shack is upgrading to today!

Doritos: Cowboy Kid

The kids were great in this ad.  Loved seeing the kid riding the dog!

Doritos: Time Machine

The adult guy beveling that was a time machine, this is funny!

Cheerios: Gracie

The mixed race family is back, and I loved this ad and see nothing wrong with this ad.

Hyundai Genesis: Dad’s Sixth Sense

This ad speaks to all parents who have raised children!

Audi: Doberhuahua

Let’s hope these dogs never come to life!

Volkswagen: Wings

Was this commercial a celebration of My Little Pony?

Coca-Cola: Going All The Way / It’s Beautiful

Both Coca Cola ads were great!  The young football player and the singing of America: The Beautiful in different languages shows what America is all about!

Chevrolet: Romance / Life

Both ads from Chevy were great!  The cows were funny, and the cancer survivor ad was touching!

Honda: Hugfest

That person hugging is very creepy!
