It’s been a tough week in America.  Last Friday 20 children and 6 adults were shot and killed by 20 year-old Adam Lanza at Sandy Hook Elementary School.  No doubt, this is a very sad thing that happened and I wish this never happened.  Seeing the images of the kids and adults screaming and crying is something that will affect everyone for a very long time.  Seeing some of the stories online from the victims shot dead is also sad to see.  This article from The Wall Street Journal is very touching!

Out of all the tributes I have seen; the best one has to be from Saturday Night Live.  Whenever there is a big news event you see SNL making fun of it in their next live show.  But when this tragedy occurred I wondered if SNL would even mention it on their live show one day after the shootings.  At the opening of their show they had kids from the New York City Children’s Chorus sing the Christmas song “Silent Night.”  All the kids were dressed in red and they sang the line “Sleep in heavenly peace.”  That’s what we all hope the people killed are doing right now.  Here is the video of the very touching performance!

As for me staying in shape last week.  I only did some walking wondering what to do next in my life since no one out there is willing to hire me.  The media is now talking about the shooter having Asperger’s Syndrome and I was afraid that was going to happen.  I am starting to make a video I am hoping will go viral.  Having Asperger’s does not make people go on mass shooting sprees!  And yes; people with Asperger’s are NOT crazy psychopaths who need to be put in mental institutions.  I am afraid having Asperger’s which I have will make me a marked target as some people out there will believe I am a danger to the public.  As for eating, I am using my food stamp card to get some food to eat.  I only eat one meal a day to save money.  And I reserve the day of Sunday to get some cheap food to snack on and to fill up my belly.

Saturday: Party Pizza, Sweet Tea.

Sunday: Tacos, Sweet Tea.

Monday: Burgers, Sweet Tea.

Tuesday:  TV Dinners, Sweet Tea.

Wednesday: Golden Corral, Sweet Tea.

Thursday: Burgers, Sweet Tea.

Friday: Hotpockets, Sweet Tea.
