9 Days Left Until Christmas

At the North Pole:

One thing the North Pole gets all the time is letters from kids.  The North Pole has a mail processing center where they receive all the letters and e-mails from children all around the world.  The letters and e-mails are read and then the child’s wishes are entered into a computer database so the elves at the toy making plant will know what the child wants for Christmas.

Christmas Song:

I’ll Be Home for Christmas was written by American lyricist Kim Gannon, and the Jewish-American composer Walter KentBuck Ram, who previously wrote a poem and song with the same title, was credited as a co-writer of the song following a lawsuit.  The song was first recorded in 1943 by Bing Crosby who scored a top ten hit with the song. This Christmas song has since gone on to become a Christmas standard.  I liked the version from Rascal Flatts the best!
