A few months ago I took some photos of Interstate 22 in Jefferson County Alabama. Interstate 22 was created from the federal government to link from Birmingham, AL to Memphis, TN. Most of the Interstate is now complete except for a stretch from the Mississippi/Tennessee state line to I-240 in Memphis. And another stretch from exit 93 to I-65 in Alabama. From the U.S. 78 (exit 85) to exit 93 only cars are allowed and no trucks can take this road. Eventually the link from exit 93 to I-65 will be complete and it will take the traffic jam off of Coalburg Rd. Enjoy the pictures!
