The Martin’s Family Clothing in Oxford had some very special guests today. Bruce Mitchell and his dog Tyler were here on Saturday. They are several of the stars on the TV showSwamp People on History Channel. Swamp People is about the life and culture of people in LouisianaCajun country. It also profiles the alligator hunting season in the Atchafalaya Swamp. Which only lasts for 30 days.
As you can see Tyler the dog was very tired and sleeping.

My ABC 33/40 appearance!
First off I want to remind all of you to help a fellow animator out! Joey Adams with the help from Bob Boyle of GeekLife is currently holding a charity animation art auction! Joey’s kids are very sick right now. But you know what! Everyone can help out by bidding on some great stuff! This is from the website:
To be brief, he nearly lost his twin boys over the Christmas holidays, due to a possible genetic illness. Two years ago, he and his wife Ginger, lost their daughter, under similar circumstances. The boys survived, but baby Ian is currently undergoing grueling chemo, while undergoing extensive genetic testing. He will need a bone marrow transplant, and his brother Henry may need one as well.
Please head to http://joeyadamsartauctionbenefit.blogspot.com/ to bid right now! And to help Joey Adams family go to http://supporttheadams.com. If Joey Adams is reading this right now know this; The Devil sometimes put struggles on people but you have the power to get through this! God can help people get through serious struggles in life. All you have to do is pray! I do hope they raise a lot of money to this great cause!
Okay on to my week. Since it is Easter Weekend I will make this quick. I have been still trying to find any work. I am about to go 10 months without a job. And the trying to find my 14th job in six years is getting old now. Geek Alabama and Young’s Blog has been a great adventure since I started this in August 2011. I am hoping one day I might be able to turn this into a full-time business. But I do know that many bloggers also has a day job. So hopefully the month of April will be the turning point! Because sitting at my apartment is getting old.
Since I am still without a job right now my exercise options are extremely limited! I would really love to try new things such as exercises from video games and exercises at local gyms. But for right now walking will have to do. Yes I do notice my pants getting even more looser! It would not be good if my pants fell down in front of people! And since my income is limited my food options is limited as well. By the way; I am thinking the folks from ABC 33/40 will be coming out soon. I will find that out very soon.
