Meapless in Seattle and Charity Auction

Well tonight at 9/8c on Disney Channel the sequel to the Phineas and Ferb episode The Chronicles of Meap airs called Meapless in Seattle.  If you have never seen the first episode; at the end they aired a preview on what this episode might have looked like.  Voiced by the late Don LaFontaine.  It was originally a teaser trailer and a joke but the fans thought this was going to be a real episode.  So the creators made it happen!

Tonight Lorenzo Lamas returns to voice Meap.  And this time a southern Meap voiced by Jeff Foxworthy is going to be in the episode.  Plus we will get to see what Peter the Panda has been up to.  So set your DVR’s tonight for this special episode!

Also this weekend; Bob Boyle from GeekLife put together a charity art auction.  Including art from many animated shows from My Little Pony, Ren and Stimpy, SpongeBob, Yogi Bear, The Flintstones, Dilbert, Phineas and Ferb, and many more!

The auction is in Los Angeles but for people here in Alabama who can’t fly out there; you are in luck!  The auction is also on eBay starting on Friday night!  This is going to a great cause as storyboard artist Joey Adams and his family really needs some help.  This is from the website:

To be brief, he nearly lost his twin boys over the Christmas holidays, due to a possible genetic illness. Two years ago, he and his wife Ginger, lost their daughter, under similar circumstances. The boys survived, but baby Ian is currently undergoing grueling chemo, while undergoing extensive genetic testing. He will need a bone marrow transplant, and his brother Henry may need one as well.

So everyone please head over to this link to see the great items that are available for bidding. http://joeyadamsartauctionbenefit.blogspot.com/

Please bid generously and good luck to everyone!  I wish I could bid on some of this awesome art but I have been unemployed for 10 months now and still searching for my 14th job in 6 years.
